Thank you for your inquiry with SGI Forensic, a firm specializing in forensic accounting. By proceeding with the consultation, the potential client agrees to these terms. SGI accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the consultation. 

The consultation is provided on the basis that this may result in a business relationship with SGI. A free consultation is offered for potential clients. Consultation may take place on multiple occasions and in varying formats. Consultation time includes calls, emails, text messages and any other time related to the potential client’s case, including with any other person, for example, attorneys. In exchange for consultation, the potential client agrees to these terms and agrees to co-operate with SGI. The consultation may be ended at any time by SGI for any reason. Time spent consulting for more than 1 (one) hour, may be subject to billing at SGI’s prevailing rates if that time is considered excessive at the sole discretion of SGI (in such an instance the potential client will be notified by SGI in advance of the commencement of billing). Any payment due is due and payable on request whether or not the consultation has concluded. The consultation may include appointments. Any appointments not kept or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for at 1 hour at SGI’s prevailing rates.

It is the potential client’s responsibility to ensure that it has lawful access to any evidence furnished to SGI.  Retaining SGI Forensic is subject to the terms and conditions of a Retainer Agreement. Saul Gordon may not be designated as an expert witness unless a fully executed Retainer Agreement is in place and retainer paid and provided that no unpaid account balance exists. Saul Gordon/SGI Forensic may not be designated for Court appointment unless this has been previously confirmed in writing by Saul Gordon/SGI Forensic. No particular outcome is guaranteed from consulting with and/or retaining SGI Forensic. Results vary, depending on a number of factors. SGI Forensic is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and is not law enforcement.
